AYB respects your privacy. Client information, records, and images are kept confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
Images will only be used for marketing purposes with your consent. As a private home business, our home address is confidential and provided only to booked clients. Clients are not to share the address with others.

Sickness
For your safety, Anita’s safety, and the safety of others in the home, please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or experiencing contagious symptoms. In most cases, no fees will apply. We kindly ask for at least 3 hours' notice where possible.Pets
AYB operates from a pet-friendly home. As pet hair cannot be completely eliminated from the home environment, clients with cat or dog allergies should consider this before booking.Compliance
AYB is registered with the local council and undergoes regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. -
Cancellations within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50.00% of the booking. Late arrivals of 15+ minutes may be treated as a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee.
Credit card details are captured to secure your booking and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Payment is required at the completion of your appointment.
Afterpay is accepted if set up on your device and approved for transfer at the time of payment.
All services and products are non-refundable, as payment reflects the time, expertise, and professional products used during your appointment. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact Anita within 48 hours of your appointment so any concerns can be reviewed.

To comply with council requirements, please park directly in front of the property. Detailed parking instructions will be provided in your appointment emails and may also be sent via SMS.
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your appointment, as parking is limited.

If you experience significant lash extension loss or lash lift issues, please contact Anita within 7 days of treatment. For any other treatment concerns, please contact Anita for review.

Skin lifting is a rare but known risk associated with waxing and may occur despite all reasonable care being taken. Certain medications, active skincare products, recent treatments, sun exposure, and skin sensitivities may increase this risk. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any relevant medications, skincare products, treatments, or recent sun exposure prior to their appointment.
If skin lifting occurs, keep the area clean, avoid active skincare products, and apply a thin layer of Bepanthen as required until healed. Further aftercare advice will be provided if necessary.

Cosmetic tattoo services are subject to additional consent forms, eligibility requirements, pre-care, aftercare, and treatment policies. Clients must review and agree to all cosmetic tattoo documentation prior to their appointment.
Due to current NSW regulations, topical anaesthetics cannot be supplied or applied by Beauty Therapists or Cosmetic Tattoo Artists. Clients wishing to use numbing cream must purchase and self-apply their own over-the-counter product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
