Cosmetic Brow Tattoo
-
Cosmetic brow tattoo is a semi-permanent treatment designed to enhance the shape, fullness and definition of your brows.
Pigment is implanted into the skin using specialised techniques to create soft, natural-looking results tailored to your features, skin tone and desired style.
Anita’s approach to brow tattoo is natural, refined and realistic.

Cosmetic brow tattoo may be suitable for clients with sparse, uneven or over-plucked brows, or anyone wanting more definition and fullness.
Suitability can vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, previous tattoo work and certain medical conditions. Oily skin, active skin conditions, pregnancy, some medications and heavily saturated previous tattoos may affect results or healing.

Following your aftercare instructions is extremely important for proper healing, pigment retention and overall healed results. Every individual heals differently and healing can vary depending on skin type, lifestyle and overall health.
-
During this stage, redness, swelling and very dark brows are completely normal. The brows will appear much bolder than the final healed result and may feel confronting at first, however this is all part of the normal healing process.

do not ice the brows as moisture can interfere with healing
avoid aspirin, ibuprofen and blood thinning medications where possible
-
Between days 5–10, the brows will begin scabbing and flaking as part of the normal healing process. Do not pick, scratch or rub the area. Continue using your aftercare ointment to help with dryness or itching.

-
During this stage, brows may appear lighter, patchy, grey or faded as the skin continues healing. In some cases, it may appear that the pigment has disappeared completely. This is a normal part of the healing process and the pigment will continue softening and settling into the skin.
you may gently get the brows wet during this stage (after day 8)
pat brows dry gently after showering with a clean towel
avoid rubbing, scratching or using soaps/face wash directly on the brows
resume skincare carefully around the brow area only
continue avoiding excessive sun exposure for a minimum of 2 weeks
do not judge final healed results yet as healing is still occurring
-
During this stage, the brows should be mostly healed with minimal flaking or scabbing remaining. Pigment will continue returning and settling into the skin, however some areas may still appear patchy or uneven while healing completes. Final healed results are typically assessed at your 6 week touch-up appointment.

continue keeping the skin hydrated
avoid excessive sun exposure
